✅ Eligibility for Return

You can request a return if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags

  • The request is made within 2 days of delivery

  • The product is not on final sale, clearance, or marked “non-returnable”

🔁 Return Process

  1. Request a Return: Email us at care@hishiness.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. Approval: Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions

  3. Ship It Back: Use original packaging (if possible) and send the item to our return address

  4. Inspection: We'll inspect the product upon arrival

  5. Refund/Exchange: Deliveries will be done within 5-7 business days.  

💰 Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: Approved refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 Business days

  • Shipping Charges: Non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

🔄 Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues

  • Defective or damaged items

Simply contact our support team within 3 days of receiving your item.

🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right at no extra cost.
