1/ For the first wash, please dry clean only.

2/ Afterwards, gentle machine wash with cold water is recommended

3/ Use a mild detergent and do not soak the fabric..

4/ Dry in shade to preserve fabric colour and quality.

5/ Iron at low to medium temperature for the best finish.

Currently, we do not offer customization or made-to-measure services. However, our designs are tailored to ensure a flattering fit across all body types.

We offer premium menswear essentials — including shirts, T-shirts, and trousers, crafted with a focus on comfort, detail, and effortless sophistication.

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days across India.

At His Hiness, we value your satisfaction. You can request a return or exchange within 2 days of delivery if the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.



1/ Non-returnable items: Customized pieces, altered garments, gift cards, or sale items.

2/ Process: Email info@hishiness.com with your order details → receive approval and shipping instructions → send the item back in original packaging. Refunds or exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

3/ Refunds: Issued to your original payment method (shipping charges are non-refundable). COD orders are refunded via store credit or bank transfer.

4/ Exchanges: Accepted for size issues or defective products within 3 days of delivery.

5/ Damaged/Wrong Items: Report within 48 hours with photos — we’ll replace them at no extra cost.
